About The Spettro Franchise Opportunity

Spettro is a buildings insurance claims management franchise and a new breed of buildings insurance claims business. When an incident occurs be it as a result of weather, fire, flood, malicious damage or otherwise our customers turn to us to put things right. We deal with the insurance company concerned, appoint contractors to complete the repairs and project manage the whole claim. And so could you!

Historically, companies in our sector dealt almost exclusively with property insurance claims and specialised in that area. We decided to offer a wider service and now manage non-insurance work and also carry out asbestos testing too. As a result the Spettro franchise has three distinct income streams, spreading out your commercial risk and increasing your earning potential. You'll work in your own exclusive location and benefit from a proven business with high levels of demand, a professional working environment and a genuine opportunity to establish your own successful business.

Training and Support

At the heart of our business is a comprehensive initial training programme which is both class room and "out and about" on real life jobs.

After the first two weeks you'll be able to handle most of what comes your way. There then follows an on-going support and education process so that you can build on your new skill set as your business experience grows. We will provide you with all the skills you'll need to feel confident and be successful.

Financial Information

We already have franchisees operating successfully throughout the UK.

The Spettro franchise has been comprehensively road tested prior to it's launch. Our two pilot schemes are still trading now and will form the basis of your financial due dilligence. Our pilots showed that by following our unique blueprint a first year turnover of around £240,000 with a 65% gross profit margin. Each franchise costs only £28,000 plus VAT for a complete business start-up package.

Is a Spettro Franchise for you?

You certainly don't need previous insurance or buildings experience because we'll train you to do the job and there is no selling involved. The most important attributes are that you can get on with people from all backgrounds and that you accept that self-employment is as much about hard work as it is about what you know!

Typically, your working day will involve a mixture of being out seeing clients and working behind your own desk either from home or your own local office. You'll liase with local tradespeople, insurance companies and, of course, the home or business owner that has had the original incident. As a result, good communication and project management skills are desirable.
