Fire, Flood and Storm are disasters of different natures but they all create emergency conditions.
Spettro's emergency management team can implement a property stabilization program securing the property and addressing the impact of the disaster.
Prompt professional response to these emergency conditions can significantly reduce the claim.
As from August 2007 when selling your home, you will need a Home Information Pack (HIP) and any fire or flood event will need to be included and proof required that the restoration and any toxic contamination were completed properly. Any asbestos needs should be identified, assessed and recorded. (see below for asbestos information)
Spettro offer a professional claims management and disaster restoration service, they will carry out the management duties and administration requirements on behalf of the claimant and will supply the freeholder with a "Certificate of Professional Restoration" on completion of the project.
